New residents who have successfully been assigned a room at the Tainan Dormitory will receive a separate Move-in Notice by email from the dormitory staff.
Current residents who are continuing their stay will not receive this email.

If you do not check in within 7 days after your scheduled move-in date and we are unable to contact you, your room assignment will be considered forfeited. The room will then be offered to students on the waiting list. If you still need accommodation later, you will need to submit a new application to join the waiting list.

Please follow the move-in date and time stated in your Move-in Notice. If you need to change your move-in date or time, please contact the dormitory staff by email or phone in advance.

If you need to send packages to the dormitory before your arrival, please note the following:
The dormitory does not provide storage space for personal belongings in common areas. If you send large luggage or items that require assistance to move into your room, they will be considered as the start of your room use, and accommodation fees will be charged starting from the date the package arrives.
