<li class="ed_pic_full">For your safety, please stay away from the construction zones.</li>
<li class="ed_pic_full">Noise is expected during the work period; we appreciate your understanding.</li>
<li class="ed_pic_full">Pedestrians heading to campus are advised to use the west gate and detour via the path behind the work area to avoid the construction zones.</li>

<li>After the work is completed, if you experience low water pressure or no water flow, please turn on the faucet for a while to allow air to escape, and the water flow will return to normal.</li>

<div class="ed_txt">Starting in March 2023, NYCU initiated a public bidding process for the rental of coin-operated self-service washing and drying machines. Up Young Cornerstone Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Up Young) was the sole bidder. Up Young has been a service provider to NYCU for over 10 years, charging NT$10 per 30 minutes for their coin-operated machines without any increase. Considering the rising operating costs in recent years, including electricity, basic wages, and machine maintenance, which have made operations difficult, Up Young proposed raising the fees for their coin-operated machines to NT$20 per 30 minutes in their service proposal.<br />
Up Young won the bid after completing NYCU’s evaluation, negotiation, and contracting procedures. As agreed upon during the negotiations, the fee adjustment will be implemented in phases as follows:<br />
1. Starting July 1, 2023, the fee for washing machines will be NT$20 per 30 minutes. The fee for drying machines will remain at NT$10, but the drying time will be reduced from 30 minutes to 25 minutes for one year.<br />
2. Starting July 1, 2024, the fee for drying machines will be NT$20 per 30 minutes.<br />
